Today's recipe is super quick and easy. I'm going to fool my husband with it while he's watching golf this weekend.
SALSA DIP
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup canned refried beans
1 cup bottled salsa
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup red pepper or carrot puree
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and serve at room temperature or heat in the microwave for 1 minute! Serve with tortilla chips. Easy-peasy!
I'm off to enjoy the day with my daughter's Kindergarten class!

Ahhhh . . . . FINALLY!!! We can enjoy watching Survivor again, instead of wanting to BARF throughout the whole show, at "Dragon Slayer" (give me a BREAK!!!) . . . I wonder if he really has that great opinion about himself, or if he was into a bit of the "drama" of being on TV!! So . . .do you love "Farm Boy JT" or what!!??? I'm a Taj fan, too . . . will be interesting to see how it all ends . . .you know where I'll be Sunday night! Janice RR
