Today's sketch comes from Jen .
This one caught my eye right away, because I love love love layers. Here's what I came up with...
For this one, I used SU's set called "Crazy for Cupcakes". The base is Close to Cocoa and I paired it with Pink Pirouette cardstock and "Candy Lane" patterned paper.

I colored the main image with my Copics and used a red Sakura glaze pen for the cherries.
Here's my Christmas version of a card using the same sketch...

Remember a set called "Polar Pals" from an SU mini a long time ago? I HAD TO HAVE IT!! That little Eskimo image is so stinkin' cute!
For this one, I used Baha Breeze for the base and paired it with some double-sided patterned paper from the "Festive" collection by KI Memories.
I did some paper piecing on the hood and bottom edge of the coat, with some Baha Breeze cardstock that I had cuttlebugged with my "Swiss Dot" embossing folder. When it came time to do the cuffs of the coat, I was pleased to discover that my Copic marker BG72 matches PERFECTLY with SU's Baha Breeze!

Wow! Three days in and I've already got three Christmas cards done! I'm lovin' this little deal I made with myself!
