We were lucky enough to be in Japan this year for Father's Day, so I needed to put a card together before we left the states. The kiddos raided my workshop and picked everything that I was allowed to use on this card for Daddy. We have a bit of an owl fetish in our family, so the kids quickly agreed that this image by Rachelle Anne Miller would be the focal point. The background was stamped with a wood grain pattern by Stampin Up and the leaves were punched out.
They even chose what color Copic markers I could use on the owls - pink & blue of course. My favorite part is the ribbon. My daughter received a package in the mail several months ago and she saved this yummy blue satin ribbon from the package! Yes....I know....I've taught her well.
Thanks bunches for stopping by and a big welcome to my new followers! I'm off to the farmers market to fill my bag with yummy things!
