Pink Cat Digital Release Day!

I promised mucho cuteness today! Check out the new release from Pink Cat Studio that's available today!

And once again Melissa has added a freebie for all of her customers!

For my first sample today, I had a little help. I was originally coloring this image to make Lily look like a strawberry. While I was doing that, my daughter peeked over my shoulder and said "Oh how cute! Lily is a watermelon fairy!", "No honey, she's a strawberry". The seven year old with the big brown eyes won.

Here's Lily, the watermelon fairy...
Adorable, no?
I used a black Sakura glaze pen to color the seeds on her watermelon slice skirt.
(say that 5 times fast)
I made my own little lollipop embellishment to match the one in the image. I just stamped out a swirl, glued a q-tip on the back and wrapped it in plastic.
Next up is the pink cat herself...
This was a fun one to make. I didn't have a sketch or anything in particular in mind while I put this one together. I just kind of let it happen.
You can check out what the rest of the design team came up with by hopping on over to the PCS blog. Then hop on over to the digi store to get your new images and your freebie! Thanks a bunch for stopping by!
