My first acetate card

I needed to make a birthday card for an eleven year old girl last week. I wanted to come up with something "cute" but not too juvenile. I used this mouse from Whipper Snapper, but instead of a birthday candle, I decided to have him balancing the floral umbrella from SU's "Bloomin with Happiness" set.
The floral umbrella gave me the perfect opportunity to use the tiny floral punch I got from the $1 bin at Michaels and some cool pink acetate flowers I got in a Heidi Swapp set. I stuck some blue gems in the middle of the large flowers and added Stickles to the center of the tiny flowers. Here's the inside view with the sentiment layered on my SU scallop punch and another Heidi Swapp flower.
Hope you all had a fantastic holiday weekend. I taught my monthly class this afternoon. Be sure to check back this week to get a peek at the three projects we did today!
Hugs,

Um, ...wow. That is the coolest card ever. I have never even heard of such a card before. Amazing.
