With football season right around the corner, I thought this recipe would be a great one to try.
Salsa Dip
Salsa Dip
1 cup canned refried black or kidney beans
1 cup salsa
4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup carrot puree
1 Tablespoon of taco seasoning
In a medium bowl, combine the beans, salsa, cream cheese, carrot puree and taco seasoning. Serve at room temperature or heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
Serve with a bowl of raw veggies, tortilla chips or tacos.
