The student teacher from my daughters Kindergarten class said goodbye to us last Friday. She's a college student who's getting ready to graduate with her teaching credentials. I'm so excited for her, but really sad to see her go. She was amazing! Ever meet anyone who was just born to teach?
This is a card I made for her from our family.
I only had about 30 minutes to get this done, so I used this sketch from SCS to get me started. The images are from MFT's "Going Places" set. The card base is SU's Pacific Point which I paired with Baha Breeze and a pattern from the "Urban Garden" collection.
This is the inside.
We picked up a gift card to Starbucks on the way to school and slipped it behind the ribbon.
Thanks for stopping by!
Until tomorrow...

Beautiful job coloring the image, Mackenzie!! It's so nice of you to give you daughter's teacher a card. I find teachers right out of college or still attending school try harder and are so enthusiastic. My daughter's biology teacher is the same way.

Mackenzie- this is perfect! Great card for a quick fix! I have a dear friend that has been in the mortgage/loan business and just went back to school to be a teacher adn she is SO a teacher person.
what a great gift card holder, she'll be so touch to receive it more than the gift card itself.
teachers work so hard...
hugs,
Jen
