Class Project #2
Here's the second project we did in my class on Sunday. I paired Chocolate Chip and Sage Shadow cardstock together. For those of you who haven't used Sage Shadow before, you have to get some. It looks totally different in person than it does in the catalog. I discovered it by accident and now it's one of my new favorite colors to play with!
We stamped the cherry blossom image and sentiment from SU's "Embrace Life" set on the left edge and bottom of the Chocolate Chip cardstock and clear embossed it. Then we stamped the leaves and used watercolor crayons to fill them in, and used the airbrush tool with a "going grey" marker to get the splatter effect. The last step was to stamp out the single flower image, color it in, pop it up on dimensionals and add some Stickles.
Thanks for stopping by today!

This is VERY pretty MacKenzie! I love the details, from the popped up flowers to the embossed background. Great card! :)
