Welcome to Fool Your Family Friday!

Hey kids!
It's Friday and that means I have a new recipe for you! If you're new to my blog, you can read more about Fool Your Family here.

Since the kids are out of school now, they're ready for some summer treats. This is a healthy and fun treat to make together. FROZEN YOGURT POPS

2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups frozen berries - thawed
1/2 - 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

Each popsicle only has 100 calories and 1 gram of fat. The calcium-rich yogurt helps build strong bones and teeth. The berries add a little vitamin C - an antioxidant that helps boost the immune system and aids in healing.
